What to include
- The URL, room link, clip ID, username, or other identifier for the content or account.
- A clear description of the issue and why it violates our Terms or the law.
- Your contact email so we can follow up.
- Evidence such as screenshots, timestamps, ownership proof, or context where useful.
Target response times

Copyright notices
If you believe content on RiftRec infringes your copyright, send a notice to help@riftrec.app containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the reported material, including its URL or location on RiftRec.
- Your name and contact information.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was wrong, send a counter-notice to help@riftrec.app. We will review the counter-notice and may restore content where appropriate and lawful.
What we may do
- Remove content or disable sharing links.
- Restrict uploads, rooms, or account features.
- Suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.
- Preserve records or cooperate with lawful requests where required.
- Ask for more information before taking action.
Law enforcement
Law enforcement agencies should contact help@riftrec.app. We require valid legal process for non-emergency requests and review emergency requests based on the information provided.
